- Moodcafe supports people in dealing with difficult feelings and improving their mental health.  The site includes sections for children and for parents and advice on managing poor physical health and improving wellbeing.

- Breathing space is a free, confidential phone and webchat service for anyone in Scotland over the age of 16 experiencing low mood, depression or anxiety.  Please visit their website for full details on how and when you can access their service.
