Patients applying to join the practice list are not discriminated against on the grounds of  race, gender, social class, age, religion, sexual orientation, appearance, disability, or medical condition.

If you will be  living in the practice catchment area (see practice boundary in drop down menu) for more than 3 months you are eligible to join the practice list. Please ask at reception where you will be given the necessary forms to complete. The forms are also available to download from the above "Registering Online" tab.

You will be asked to provide evidence of your identity such as a utility bill, driving license or passport.

Registration is made with the practice and not with a particular doctor. You are free however to consult any of the doctors in the practice, irrespective of who you are registered with.

You will be offered a simple health check with the practice nurse or healthcare assistant. This will highlight any important health issues you may have prior to your full medical records arriving at the practice. 

Medical treatment is available from the date of registration. Please contact reception for further information.
